Policies

Ordering: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover payments. We also accept money orders and checks. However, orders placed with checks will be held until check clears, usually 10 business days.

Glass Estimator: We do our best to quote the lowest price we can on our Glass Estimator page and try to make ordering custom glass as simple as possible for you but some time the price may be off. If the price is quoted incorrectly you will receive and eMail from Custom Glass Creations indicating the correct price at this point if you choose not to place the order your card will not be charged. Typically the orders that may experience problem s are orders that are long and thin. Keep in mind price given by our Glass Estimator are just estimates and are subject to change. All custom glass estimates are reviewed by associates when the order is placed and the price charged is only changed with written approval from the client.

Returned Checks: There will be a $25.00 charge on all returned checks.

Shipping: Orders placed on the site will be processed the next business day and we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible. ETA can vary from one day to the next standard ETA’s are as follows:
-Hardware orders: 5-7 Business Days
-Glass and Iron Accessories: 5-10 Business Days
-Glass orders: 20-25 Business Days
-Tempered Glass orders: 25-30 Business Days

Shipping Damages: The freight company or carrier is responsible for any damages incurred during shipping. Custom Glass Creations will deal with all claims that were scheduled through us to make sure they pay for the replacement product. All orders will be insured 100% if for some reason you do not want the order insured then you would need to schedule your own shipping. Contact us ahead of time if you wish to schedule your own shipping. Any deliveries scheduled by the client must be picked up with in 5 business days if not client will need to pay a storing fee of 5% of the total cost of the product per day.

Returns or Damaged items: Because each order is a custom order, returns are not accepted unless the order was incorrectly fabricated. If you have an order that is incorrect or damaged, please contact us via e-mail within 10 days of receiving the product. Hardware orders are not refundable unless the wrong part was shipped out. In the event the wrong part was shipped out please contact us with in 10 days of receiving the order.

In the event of a damaged or miss processed glass Custom Glass Creations will precede with the claim for damaged glass and at the same time start the replacement process for the glass. In the event of miss proceed glass Custom Glass Creations will start the replacement process right away. This way the client does not need to deal with the claim and the order is replaced at no cost to the client, the client will be responsible to providing a digital picture of the damage or incorrect item so that we may file the claim.

In the event of a cancellation or refund request due to a damaged or miss processed glass the client can be refunded for any broken glass or glass done incorrect as long as a picture(s) can be provided showing the damaged or miss processed glass. In the event of a cancellation or refund request the client will be refunded the price of the damaged or miss processed glass not the shipping cost.

Custom Glass Creations is not responsible for any misuse of glass and cannot be held responsible for any injures that occur when installing any glass products. The advice that we give is only our opinion, we expect for our clients to do the proper amount of research before placing an order.

Custom Glass Creations can not guaranty ETA’s on order due to the fact that we are dealing with glass if an order is damaged we do our best to meet all ETA’s. If you have an order that must meet a specific date let us know ahead of time so that we can discuss the order and make sure we can get it to you by then. Orders can be expedited, expedited order can include additional charges depending on when you need it by.
